Your starting point

A syllabus sets the direction but the learning still needs to be designed

Your team may know what learners need to cover. The next step is deciding how to explain it, where learners will practise and how the materials will support delivery.

We work from your syllabus, source content and learning goals to create lesson structures, activities, assessments and resources. When you need online delivery, we can also organise the course on Kajabi, Thinkific or Teachable.

01

The syllabus is ready, but the lesson sequence or supporting resources are incomplete.

02

Presentations, worksheets and assessments have been created separately and need to align.

03

Educators are repeatedly rebuilding materials for the same course.

04

An online course needs clearer organisation before learners can use it.

We work with your educators and subject-matter experts to develop the agreed course materials around the learning goals and the setting in which they will be used.

Our services

Support for the course and the people using it

We can help with the learning plan, the online course, the delivery setup or a specific set of resources. Each service is shaped around your audience and the agreed content.

01 / PLAN

Instructional Design and Course Planning

We review your syllabus and source material with your team, then map a sequence that links the content, learner activities and assessment.

Useful when

You need to connect the learning goals with the course structure.

  • Learning objectives and content organisation
  • Course outlines, lesson sequences and storyboards
  • Activities and assessments aligned with the agreed objectives
You receive

A learning plan that shows what will be taught, how learners will practise and how understanding will be checked.

Ways to begin

Start with a defined learning need

01

Plan a course or unit

We can help organise the objectives, lesson sequence, activities and assessments before your team moves into production.

02

Develop a course and its resources

Combine course development with presentations, learner workbooks, facilitator guides and platform setup where needed.

03

Improve the materials you already use

Begin with one workbook, a set of worksheets, a presentation or a review of an existing course. We agree which parts need to change.

The project scope reflects your content, delivery setting, review requirements and final formats. We confirm the timeline and fee before production begins.

How we work

Clear responsibilities at each review stage

01

Understand the learning context

We discuss the learners, objectives, available materials and delivery requirements. Together we agree the scope, milestones and who will review the work.

02

Plan the learning sequence

We map the course content and decide how lessons, activities and assessments will support the intended learning goals.

03

Develop and review the materials

We create the agreed resources and share them at planned stages. Your educators and subject-matter experts review accuracy, curriculum alignment and internal requirements.

04

Prepare the final delivery

We incorporate the agreed feedback and provide the final files. Where platform setup is included, we upload the course and check the learner experience.

Common questions

What your team may want to know

Let’s talk
Can you work with our current syllabus and materials?

Yes. We can work from a syllabus, lesson notes, presentations, existing resources or an online course. We review the starting point together before agreeing the scope.

Who checks subject accuracy and curriculum alignment?

Your educators and subject-matter experts review and approve those areas. Hinova supports the learning structure, resource development, design and usability.

Can we begin with one unit or resource?

Yes. The project can focus on one course, unit, workbook, presentation or another agreed resource. It does not need to cover an entire programme.

Can you provide print and digital formats?

Yes. We agree how the resources will be used and which final or editable formats are needed before design begins.

Which platforms do you support?

Our course setup support covers Kajabi, Thinkific and Teachable. Share your delivery requirements so we can confirm whether this support fits your project.

How are the schedule and cost agreed?

We consider the amount and readiness of the content, the deliverables, platform requirements and your internal review process. The proposal sets out the agreed scope, fee and milestones.
