Your starting point

Knowing what to teach is one part of building a course

You may explain your ideas easily in a live session. Turning that conversation into lessons, activities and resources takes a different kind of work.

Bring your coaching approach and the material you already have. We’ll help organise what clients learn, create opportunities to apply it and prepare the resources they need along the way.

01

You know the topic, but you are still deciding what belongs in each lesson.

02

Your slides cover the ideas, but clients need a way to practise between sessions.

03

Your workbook and course materials have grown separately and need to work together.

04

You have content ready, but organising the platform is another task on your list.

We help with the planning and production around your expertise, so you can stay involved in the content without having to design every part yourself.

Our services

Choose the support your course needs

Our work brings together four connected services. You can use one on its own or combine them around the course you want to create.

01 / PLAN

Instructional Design and Course Planning

We work with you to define what clients should understand or be able to do, then organise the content around those goals.

Useful when

You have the knowledge and need a learning structure.

  • Learning objectives and a review of your existing material
  • Course outlines, module sequences and lesson storyboards
  • Activities, reflection prompts and assessment planning
You receive

A course plan that shows what each lesson covers and how clients will use the learning.

Ways to begin

You can start with the part that needs attention

01

Plan a new course

Bring your outline or existing teaching material. We can begin with learning objectives, a course map and the resources each lesson will need.

02

Develop or refresh a course

We can combine planning, lesson development, resource design and platform setup around an agreed scope, or improve the parts of a course you already offer.

03

Create one useful resource

Start with a workbook, a workshop presentation, an eBook or a fillable PDF. A full course project is not required.

We confirm the deliverables, feedback stages, final formats, timeline and fee before work begins.

How we work

A process that keeps you involved without leaving everything with you

01

Understand the project

We discuss your clients, learning goals and current material, then agree the scope, milestones and review stages.

02

Plan the learning

We organise the course sequence and decide where explanations, activities and resources will support each objective.

03

Develop and review

We create the agreed lessons and designs. You review the content and give feedback at the planned stages, so your approach stays recognisable.

04

Prepare for delivery

We refine the materials and provide the agreed files. If platform setup is included, we upload the course and check the learner experience before handover.

Common questions

A few things you may want to know

Let’s talk
Do I need finished content before contacting you?

No. You can bring an outline, notes, existing slides or a course that needs updating. We’ll review what you have and agree what you need to supply and what we will develop.

Can you help with just a workbook or presentation?

Yes. We can work on one resource, one part of a course or a wider project. The scope is built around the support you need.

Will the course still sound like me?

Your expertise and approach guide the work. We use your source material and include review stages so you can check the language and accuracy before approval.

Which platforms can you help with?

We provide course setup support for Kajabi, Thinkific and Teachable, including agreed uploads, resources, access settings and learner-experience checks.

Can I update the files afterwards?

We agree the editable and final formats before production. Let us know who will update the materials and which tools they use.

How do you set the cost and timeline?

We consider the content available, lesson or page count, design requirements, platform work and review stages. Your proposal sets out the agreed fee, deliverables and schedule.
